Yes, all our luggage is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. It covers manufacturing defects and issues related to materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product under normal use.

What material is the bag made of?

The outer casing is from 100% German aerospace-graded materials. The interior lining is made from 100% recycled fabric.

How do I clean and maintain my luggage?

Simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh cleaners or abrasive tools to keep your luggage looking fresh.

Are the wheels replaceable?

Yes. The wheels on our luggage are designed to be replaceable. If you need new ones, our support team will assist you.
